Package validity
All packages have validity of 365 days from the date of purchase.
If you think you cannot finish all lessons before your expiration date, read about your options.
Finding your expiration date
To consult the expiration date of your package and remaining hours .
Option 1
Check your Acuity calendar account (optional), if you created one in the past
or
Option 2
Click the “VIEW BALANCE/RESCHEDULE” button in your last appointment confirmation email.
